Today I received my first mindfulness-art-inspiration mailing from the Rugged Beauty Post. The message was "Notice." I was inspired to notice the flapping of the shade tarps in the wind on my back porch. Usually the sound of the carabiners against the anchors are annoying. Today, as suggested by Kim, I was able to appreciate that there was a gentle breeze, which reminded me of the breath. Sometimes my breathing (huffing-lol)... or holding... can be annoying (to others-lol) and today I noticed the importance of my voice in ALL its expressions. I am grateful for the precious clean air of Mariposa; the messaging in my breath: good, bad and ugly. I am gratefu.l

I took the short walk to my mailbox this morning and found your much looked forward to mailing from Rugged Beauty Post. There were so many beautiful things in there. The artwork and picture are beautiful, and I put the bookmark to good use right away. The letter and notice were both fun to read and inspiring. Even two cute little butterflies fell out. So much to enjoy. I can't wait for the next one.
