Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included?

Each delivery is thoughtfully curated and will always include a letter, an original photograph, a piece of art, and a few surprise extras, from bookmarks and stickers to postcards and little nature-inspired treasures.

When will I receive my letter?

Letters are sent out once a month on the 20th. U.S. subscribers typically receive theirs within 3–8 days, while international deliveries may take 2–6 weeks. Part of the charm is the slow journey, like a letter wandering its way to you.

How does it work?

Each month, your envelope is thoughtfully curated and shipped on the 20th. Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of the month. Once you’re signed up, you can enjoy the anticipation of opening something special each month, bringing a moment of joy, reflection, and connection into your day.

Is everything original?

Yes. Every piece is original and thoughtfully created, inspired by nature as well as my adventures, and designed to feel personal in order to create a sense of connection.

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely. A snail mail subscription makes a meaningful, lasting gift, perfect for anyone who appreciates something tangible and a little unexpected.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please note that international delivery times can vary and may take a bit longer.

What if my letter doesn’t arrive?

If you feel like your letter may have strayed off trail, please reach out. We’re happy to help track it down or make it right.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month. Just send us an email.

Will every month be different?

Yes! Each month features new themes, imagery, and seasonal inspiration, so no two deliveries are exactly the same.

Why physical mail in a digital world?

The idea for this club began when I received a handwritten letter from my mother. Holding something tangible in my hands reminded me of the simple joy and connection that comes from personal mail. This club is about slowing down, savoring creativity, and creating a sense of connection in a world that often feels too fast.
