Cancellation Policy

The Rugged Beauty Post subscriptions renew and ship on the 20th of each month. Please cancel before the 20th to avoid charges. You can manage your subscription through the customer portal. 

Or you can contact us via email. To cancel your subscription via email reach out to me at the form here. before the 20th of the month. Please include:

1. Name the subscription is under (First and Last)
2. CANCEL in the subject line
3. Original Order Number

Cancellation requests received before the 20th will go into effect for that month’s renewal cycle.

If your cancellation request is received on or after the 20th, your subscription will already be processing or shipped for that month. You will still be charged for that month’s mailing, and your cancellation will take effect the following month.

Once a monthly mailing has shipped, that month’s charge is non-refundable.

Prepaid subscriptions and gift subscriptions are non-renewing and do not require cancellation.

Please allow up to 3 business days for cancellation confirmation emails. If you do not receive confirmation, please resend your request.
