My Promise
Your happiness and satisfaction mean a great deal to me. If something isn’t right with your Rugged Beauty Post experience, please reach out and I will do my best to help.
Under certain circumstances, refunds may be issued. If a refund is approved by Rugged Beauty Post, the approved amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
My refund policies are outlined below.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your subscription for any reason, please contact me within 30 days of your first mailing for a full refund. Refunds are not automatic with cancellations but are available upon request.
You are welcome to keep any mailings already delivered to you.
Refunds After 30 Days
Monthly Subscriptions
After the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired, refunds are not available for monthly payments already processed. You will continue to receive any mailings that have already been paid for prior to cancellation.
Prepaid Subscriptions
After the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, prepaid subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund for up to 60 days from the start of the subscription.
After 60 days, refunds are no longer available for prepaid subscriptions. Any remaining prepaid mailings will continue to be sent to the address provided at checkout.
Returns for Non-Subscription Products
Physical products purchased separately from the subscription may be returned within 60 days if unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please include the following details:
- Your order number
- Your full name and email address
- The reason for the return
- Whether you would prefer a refund or exchange
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.
